DebtSafe Client Survey Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions
Survey opens Monday, 02 October 2023 and closes Tuesday, 31 October 2023.
Winner will be determined by means of a lucky draw. The lucky draw prize: DebtSafe paying the winner’s full rehab amount for the month of December 2023.
Competition winner will be personally contacted by DebtSafe on Monday, 6 November 2023.
Only one entry per individual will be entered into the lucky draw.
DebtSafe will not be liable for any false information given by contestants and any consequences suffered as a result of false information.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of DebtSafe is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
DebtSafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
DebtSafe reserves the right to issue the winnings in any form.
Winnings may not be exchanged for cash.
Contestants must be current DebtSafe clients to partake and your account in good standing.
Competition and prize only available in South Africa.
Contestants must be older than 18 to partake.
You agree that DebtSafe may use information supplied by you in the survey for marketing purposes.
DebtSafe reserves the right to publish the winner’s name on DebtSafe’s online platforms.
You agree that DebtSafe and or a representative of DebtSafe can contact you to discuss and qualify information pertaining to the information you supplied in the survey.
